We deliver solutions for digital transformation. Usually, this means that we provide a team of expertise that works closely with the client’s management and existing IT organization. Most often, we implement our own solution that is customized to the customer’s needs, removing much of the project start-up cost.

A brand new digital store at Bokusgruppen
Bokusgruppen is Sweden’s leading bookselling company with over 100 stores from north to south under the Akademibokhandeln brand and two separate websites under the brands akademibokhandeln.se and bokus.com.
In 2018, it saw the opportunity to make a major digital leap to improve the customer shopping experience and cement its dominance in the bookselling industry.
To achieve this, we introduced a new technological platform based on Google Cloud, with the aim of implementing new business requirements quickly and flexibly. In two years, the platform has enabled omnichannel sales, faster logistics, sharper warehousing and purchasing solutions, and better customer experience.
Predictly’s team delivered and implemented the platform and managed and implemented the business requirements.

Digital transformation – Max Matthiessen
Max Matthiessen has been helping companies and individuals make informed pension, insurance and investment decisions for over 130 years. It is a leader in the procurement, analysis and advice of savings and insurance solutions, working with a large number of insurance companies and financial institutions.
To further improve customer value and increase its competitive advantage, it decided in 2021 to launch a digitalization project with the aim of further automating its operations.
Predictly was engaged for the technical leadership, staffing and implementation of the project which is still ongoing.
The delivery is based on our own technology platform built on Google Cloud. The platform empowers autonomous teams to build best-practice services in a controlled and structured way where services produced are secure and monitorable and with full traceability, history and service inventory.

Case
Increased delivery capacity to companies in the financial sector
A Swedish company in the financial sector experienced problems in its daily delivery of IT projects. Many initiatives were launched but few deliveries reached all the way to end users. The company identified that existing technical platforms and working methods were outdated and thus unable to meet expectations and high demands for security and traceability. Together with the customer, conditions were created for a successful delivery:
- a new technical platform including architecture for their four main domains; data and analytics, online transactions, security/traceability and support for regulatory requirements.
- a delivery factory that provided continuous deliveries and the conditions for more efficient and enjoyable work.
- new methodology and organization; an agile way of working and autonomous teams.
Taken together, these changes unlocked the ability to deliver software in parallel across multiple teams, drastically shortening delivery times and increasing quality. The customer went from one team delivering quarterly to five teams delivering daily.
Predictly delivered and implemented the new platform including the organizational, methodological and architectural changes required to achieve the customer’s goals.
